Terms of sale
The terms that apply when you buy something at store.ilai.health.

Who you are buying from
Items at store.ilai.health are sold by ILAI Health, Inc. (“ILAI”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not order.
Prices, tax and shipping
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your address. Shipping is shown before you pay. We ship within the United States only.
When your order is accepted
Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and you receive Stripe’s receipt. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is unavailable, if the price shown was an evident error, if a lab item cannot be provided in your state, or if we cannot match a member-only item to an ILAI account (see below).
Payment
Payment is taken by Stripe on its secure checkout page. ILAI never sees or stores your full card number. Stripe’s own terms apply to the payment.
Lab items are for ILAI members
Collection kits, the monthly draw add-on and extra venous draws are for ILAI members with an active paid plan. Use the email address on your ILAI account at checkout. If the email does not belong to a member with an active plan, we email you to ask which account the order is for; if it cannot be resolved within 72 hours, the order is refunded in full.
Laboratory services
Each panel is ordered by a physician through our laboratory partner, whose laboratory is CLIA-certified. ILAI does not practise medicine and does not order tests itself. A panel is chosen from your ILAI record; the partner may decline or change an order on clinical grounds, and some states do not permit this kind of testing, in which case the order is refunded. Results are delivered to your ILAI record and read by ILAI against your earlier results. ILAI’s reading helps you understand the result; it does not replace medical care or a clinician’s judgment.
Subscriptions
The monthly draw add-on renews each month until you cancel. Each paid month issues one draw credit, which stays valid for 60 days past the end of the period it was issued in. You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for and there is no proration. Members cancel in the app under Me → Membership; anyone without an ILAI account can ask for a link to manage the subscription at store support.
Devices sold by others
Stelo by Dexcom is sold by Dexcom under Dexcom’s own terms; the store only links to it. Follow the maker’s instructions. Stelo and Dexcom are trademarks of Dexcom, Inc. Tasso is a trademark of Tasso, Inc.
Returns and refunds
Our returns and refunds policy is part of these terms.
Your information
What an order keeps, where, and for how long is set out in the store privacy notice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New York.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; the terms in force when you order are the ones that apply to that order.
